I have been going to this place since the 70s. My first Dr. was Dr. Sprague. Also my first (and only) root canal.nThen I saw Dr. Pamplin. Now I see Dr. Kramer.nAll have been very professional and have never had a problem with any of the work I had done.

Dr Kramer and her team are always professional, helpful and friendly. I have never had a long wait and enjoy how flexible they are with getting me scheduled even on short notice. Highly recommended!!

I TOO WAS A PT OF DR PAMPLIN FOR OVER 20 YEARS HE WAS AWESOME DONT EVER GO TO THIS NEW DR KRAMER I SOOOOOOOOO LOVE COMMUNITY DENTAL CARE OF CLAREMONT!! THYE TAKE SUCH GOOD CARE OF YOU!! IN ALL MY YEARS I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE TAKE SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS KRAMER BEEN A NURSE FOR 33 YEARS I SURE KNOW HOW NOT TO BE TREATED!! AND SHE DID THAT!!

I was a loyal patient of Dr. Pamplin's for 10 to 15 years. I work at a local business near by and have always recommended Dr. Pamplin to all my contacts. Until today, I very much enjoyed dealing with Dr. Pamplin. I felt like we had a good relationship and I trusted him with my teeth. Today, Dr. Pamplin showed me another side to his personality. After waiting 45-50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, Dr. Pamplin greeted me in a friendly manner as always. We were discussing my teeth when he flipped a switch. He changed his tone and was very rude. After a rude comment to the nurse he started reading through my file out loud and again made another rude comment. The he put my file down, walked out the door and as he was leaving, he told me that I needed to find a new dentist. I thought he was joking and so did the nurse. We were both shocked. Then I was escorted to the receptionist to get transfer paperwork because I was no longer welcomed as a patient. It was the most unprofessional, embarrassing and hurtful experience I have ever been through. I think Dr. Pamplin definitely has an anger problem and obviously directs it at his patients.
