As any regular person does, before going into buy a car there was some hesitation because of dealing with car dealerships.nnMy sales person Cody was great. I was able to communicate with him via text and email which fit my very busy schedule perfectly. We were able to get everything done that we needed and go back-and-forth without issue.nnI feel like I got a very fair deal on my trade-in and got a fair deal for the price of the car.nnIf I had to pick somethings that bothered me:nn- the amount of time I spent in the dealership waiting for finance to finalize everything.nn- the car couldve been cleaner on deliverynn- someone clearly took it on a joy ride, because I have the road and track package, which tracks with the vehicles highest reached speed was and mine was at “90”nnOtherwise I have no complaints, A very good car buying experience. We will be back.

2+ hours for oil change, air filter, and state inspection. Did not have any filter in stock for a Dodge Ram even with an appointment.nWaiting area is smothered with aftermarket parts (rims).nnService writer did their best to make my excessive wait better with a discount... They did try.nnDefinently not up to Lamberts Standards.

It was fine got what needed to be done and employee jason at service desk was nice as always.. BUT I give a 3 star because there's a sign that said masks were required BUT no employee OR customers at the time I was in there had a mask on, I was only one it seemed..

They need to learn from McGee how to value customers!! We got better deal from Mcgee Toyota in Springfield!!
