This experience was absolutely amazing!!! Both David and Chris are amazing to work with! This dealership is top notch working for their customers. Arrowhead Motors is a very organized, diverse inventory and overall, extremely helpful dealership. Personally, I have not bought anything from Arrowhead but I know I will be in the future. Chris and Dustin are great to deal with. When it came to questions about my daily vehicle or about tractors for farm work, they had very detailed and helpful answers.nnGreat place, great people and cool stuff!
The way the handle business is outrageous. They sold us a vehicle that had to have over $1000 worth of repairs within the first 2 weeks of owning it. When I asked how they were going to make this right they stopped responding to me altogether. They only care that it is money in their pocket. They don't care if they are selling safe vehicles to families. I suggest you never go here to buy a vehicle! All you will get is a headache and a money pit.
Recently stopped by and drove off with a great new car, the staff and service were all very good. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
They are a SCAM bought a car from them a while ago. They sold me a 11 Honda Civic put Inspection stickers on it with both parking brakes destroyed and needing replacement (1000$) that also caused my rear brakes to lockup on me and replacement of them. I went back a few days later to confront them and they told me “I CAUSED THE DAMAGE” they are a absolute scam company that doesn’t care about you. NEVER BUT FROM THEM!!!
