Don’t overpay FC for the same work you can get at a fraction of the price anywhere else. They do good work, but you will pay dearly. You can send a brand new set of forks with 0 hours on them and they will tell you that you need bushings and seals. Enzo or race tech will do the same work at a fraction of the cost. I thought with the higher price it would include over the top customer service. I couldn’t have been more wrong. . . Do not recommend. Will not be a repeat customer.

Just had the suspension on 2002 KTM freshened up by Factory Connection. Absolutely top notch customer service and flexibility. My 18 year old KTM now rides like a dream through the rocks, roots and mud sections once again. Thank you Factory Connection.

I have always had great service from FC. These guys know more than anybody about suspension, and are great at breaking down how to adjust all the different settings to maximize your specific setup.
