Cody and the rest of the team at Dover Honda is fantastic. This was my first purchase of a new car from a dealership and I walked in feeling very anxious about such a big purchase. Cody was patient, welcoming and understanding and by the end of the experience it felt as if I was just talking to a friend. I love my new Accord and will absolutely plan on leasing from them again!

Excellent Experience.nI have to say that I drove from Massachusetts to buy this car. I did not like how my local dealer did business, fuzzy math, circus music, etc.nDover Honda was very professional. The worksheet that was emailed to me was honored which was a nice surprise. A very easy process all around!nGive these people your business.nThank you Dover Honda.

Called at 8am to make an appointment to see a specific car, informed them we were driving over an hour and to make sure the car was available. On the drive there, we called again to make sure we were all set, they said yes. When we got there, they were very unprofessional and unorganized. We met with a salesperson, they knew we were looking at that specific car and took my license to photo copy. They were gone for what felt like 20 mins, when they came back they said they just sold the car to someone else. Then we had to drive an hour home without getting to try out the car we made an appointment to see. Really disappointed in their customer service.

Rick Stern recently helped me in my car purchasing process. While I did end up going a different direction I greatly appreciated the help and follow up. There was no pressure and Rick was friendly and understanding to exactly what I was looking for. Thanks guys! Highly recommend Honda Dover.

I had Becky as my salesperson and she was amazing! I had gone to two dealerships before and had terrible experiences at both. Becky was so patient and helpful, willing to answer all of my questions and she helped me get through the entire process. I will definitely be back (hopefully in the very far future).
