A beautiful art haven for both artists and collectors alike. Rebecca Proctor runs the Center and also does top notch framing. Everything is being handled with social distancing and virus prevention in mind, so call ahead!

I am so glad that I found this place! I first visited The Art Center on a Dover Art Walk evening, and I was impressed by the welcoming and lively environment here, and the quality of the artwork on display — a great variety including paintings, prints, sculptures, jewelry and ceramics — realistic and abstract works, traditional pieces and also conceptual thought-provoking works. I immediately thought, I have to be part of this place! I signed up for a membership then, I’m now involved in their Artist in Residency program, and I’m excited to rent a studio within this talented community starting this spring! Rebecca Proctor has created a very special space here— a place to learn, to create, and to network with artists. With rotating monthly exhibitions, artist studio spaces, and educational opportunities (including a new printmaking studio in the works), The Art Center is a valuable asset to the NH Seacoast. I encourage everyone to visit and become involved!

Dover Art Center is a wonderful place to show art. Events draw good crowds who enjoy interacting with artists. Dover Art Center genuinely connects with the community. Rebecca runs a great ship!

Premier location for art studios and exhibitions. Shows change regularly and are of a high caliber. This is an amazingly inclusive community of artists

Amazing Art Center for the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. Great place for artists of all types of mediums and all levels to be part of some powerful exhibits.
