After waiting through covid finally ordered. Imagine my surprise when I spooned the sesame chickens onto the plate and found a hair in it. #1. My hair is always pulled back and silver. #2 when I called I was told I would get credit for sesame chicken, like the rest of the food didn’t go in the trash with it! Truly disappointed as they’ve always been good.

Worst take-out experience ever. Food was all ready and paid-for, but I was still made to wait outside in line for 10 minutes in order to simply pick it up. All my sushi rolls were missing from my order, and it took two phone calls and a lot of arguing and incompetence (the manager literally didn’t know how to process a return through the cc machine, the first employee insisted I needed to return to the restaurant to process the refund) just to get a simple refund for the missing items. I have ordered a lot of take-out during Covid and have been really impressed with the innovative systems restaurants have implemented to service customers efficiently and safely. Osaka apparently decided to go in the opposite direction.

While I think Osaka is a pretty solid place for sushi, their cuts of fish seem smaller/thinner than other local spots. Many rolls are plumped up with tempura flakes rather than more fish. I also notice that many rolls lack strong vegetable components, like cucumber or avocado.nnThey're drinks however are an A+.

Best wonton soup ever! Filled dumplings with a great salty beef broth Yum!
