Had a great first experience with Dr.Anderson and his team! My 3 year old son is very shy and was met by a friendly, enthusiastic audiologist who was absolutely wonderful. Dr.Anderson was also great with my son and made him feel very comfortable. He took the time to explain everything to me, what our options were and didn’t pressure us to make a decision either way. Extremely pleased and would recommend this practice to anyone. Even my son said “ I like how he checked my ears and I liked the lady who checked my ears too”. Thanks again!

TL;DR - I waited an hour and a half only to NOT speak with a doctor, I would highly recommend finding another practice.nnMy 2 year old son has had recurring dual ear infections for the last 3 months. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Ihm after the 2nd occurrence (Early Jan) and the earliest they could schedule was 2 months out (early March).nnI arrived for my appointment at 8:15am to a waiting room with 2 other people, and no front desk staff - There was a sign stating that a morning meeting was under way and should be short. 15 minutes later the front desk staff arrived and checked me in. I was informed at that time that he would need an audiology exam, I informed them (and subsequently the Audiologist) that my son was not going to be able to sit still and participate in an audiology exam. Another 10 minutes and an audiologist asked us to come back. I again told them I did not think he would be able to complete an audiology exam, but they insisted that we needed to perform it. My son did not sit still, and we could not complete the exam... exactly like I said would happen.nnI was then asked to wait in the waiting room to see the doctor (the only person I wanted to speak with), it was about 9am at this time. I waited until 9:15 to ask the front desk when i would be able to see the doctor, as my wife and I both had meetings at 10am and I wasnt expecting to spend 2 hours at the doctors. They told me he was running late and my appointment with him was at 9:10am... I did not get ushered into a patient room until 9:35, and after the nurse took his vitals and left, we waited until 9:45 before I finally got up, and left.nnI informed the front desk staff to cancel my appointment. I ended up having to cancel my call, and my wife was nearly late for her appointment. My wife has stage 3 cancer and was on her way to discuss aspects of her care with a lawyer, an appointment we could not reschedule. I thought 2 hours was a significant enough window to see a physician and discuss treatment options. Apparently that was too optimistic.nnI would recommend choosing another practice for your ENT needs.

Had a septoplasty performed by dr. Knox, now my nose is worse than it was before with a nice big hole in it. If I ever want to have it repaired I will have to go under again and deal with the recovery process for a second time wich takes months. I wish I never had the operation. I was given dishonest information and it was not a pleasant experience.
