I called and spoke with Michele in sales to ask about a Ford F 150 that I was interested in. We set up an appointment for later that afternoon. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the people who I encountered. They were pleasant and Michele had the vehicle parked out front ready for me to test drive.nThe negotiations were very easy and pleasant. I was offered a fair trade amount and the price advertised was the price. Michele and finance worked to get all rebates that were available and the whole process was so smooth. Michele and all the employees I spoke with really seemed to love what they do and it showed. while looking around the showroom I met the owner of the dealership and I explained how happy I was to be purchasing a vehicle there as the level of professional and respect was something I had not experienced with many of the other dealerships I had been to. First time Ford owner and so far love my new Bronco Sport Michelle M got me in! She made the deal smooth. Everything was done through text I even traded in my BMW by text! I didn’t have to go to the dealership until we agreed on everything I just signed the papers and drove off! By far one of the easiest car deals I have made! I would highly recommend Hampton Ford Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Last weekend I brought a close friend of mine to look and possible purchase a new F-150. We meet with Michele Magnusson a very professional sales associate who not only listened to my friends specifications for a new truck, but delivered the perfect truck. The sales manager put together some awesome pricing and gave my friend a fantastic price for his trade. Needless to say my friend purchased the truck and is not only happy with his new ride but loved the great folks at Hampton Ford Hyundai.
Came in for an oil change for a vehicle i purchased here. Sue was great in the service department. I had purchased my vehicle from Michele who was great, genuinely caring. I had referred a friend to buy a vehicle there and wound up with a 100 dollar credit. Got my oil changed, tires rotated and a state inspection while i was there all covered by my referral.It was all quick and painless and easy. Not your typical dealership for sure.
