I went there to help with purchasing my son's first new car. Very awesome place , would recommend to anyone looking for a Subaru. No pressure sales people who said we could go home and think about it. I have never has that. Sales people work on impulse buying and don't want you to leave because you may not ever return. Very good place to buy a car!!

This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Belknap Subaru. I have always driven 45 minutes each way for every maintenance/service visit because I am impressed by the professionalism and work I have received from their Service Department. I feel equally Impressed with the sales staff and finance manager. Clearly I have brand loyalty, but it is this dealership that keeps me coming back.

I will update as the service progresses. So far I got to the dealership early and went in to give them my key and relax inside rather than wait in my car or waste gas driving around. I get inside and get told that my appointment is for later and they won’t be able to get to it sooner. No offer for me to wait if I wanted. I was very obviously being asked to leave until my appointment time. I said that I didn’t have anything to do, but I guess I can wait in my car. That’s the point where you offer to let the customer wait inside. Nope, not a word. I’m extremely disappointed and my service hasn’t even started.nnEdited to say why 1 star changed to 4 stars:nThe service advisor, Mike Smith, that checked me in when I actually got inside was great. Before he knew of my complaint he saw me in the car waiting and offered for me to go inside to wait. He was very polite and respectful. He did a great job telling my wife and I what was seen on the inspection and reduced the cost to make up for the previous issues. Thank you.
