I usually go to Agawam. What a difference. Westfield washer/dryers more $$$ dryers did not dry clothes thoroughly. 4 towel 25 minutes later still dampnVery dirty. Will never see me in there. AGAIN

Super clean, well lit and very friendly attendants. I only come in every 2-4 weeks to do some heavier loads that my washer can't handle but I've always been greeted with a smile. I've never had to wait for a machine even when I've planned poorly and go on a weekend. I highly recommend!
I've been going here for a long time, today I wasn't even aloud to stay in the laundry mat while my clothes were washing or drying I either had to wait in my car or just stand outside while I was doing my laundry, okay I guess I get not being able to fold it thier,( not really). But not being able to do the rest I'm sorry I don't get it. I love the owners. I just hated my experience today.
Attendants aren't there much, the attendant hours on their boards are inaccurate so you can't pay with a card often or get a switchover. Coin machine runs out frequently and the other one is out of service. Not the most convenient place and it's a little pricy.
