The lady I booked with over the phone told me I could pay cash but needed a card on file. Got there and my card was charged. Thanks for ignoring my request. Great customer service.
There was literally a crack addict laying in the hallway face-down in the fetal position right by the ice machine at 9pm 8/19. Incredible.
The shower was ice cold and never warmed up. Can’t believe I paid over $60 for this mess.
Not the cleanest room, but very comfortable and cheap compared with other local hotels/motels. Could've gone for breakfast though which sucks, they aren't serving anything due to covaids. Overall good TV stations and the bed was nice, just could use some much better housekeeping.
Awful. 1st room was missing most of the light bulbs. Rather than send up some bulbs, they moved us to a different room. Dirty, run down, neglected. Fridge was falling apart, bath/shower hot and cold were backwards, both rooms had stains and cigarette burns on upholstery and bedding. Flies in the hallways. I'm surprised they don't have an hourly rate. Avoid at all costs
Service rep at desk was very nice. Room is not exactly super clean and towels are kind of dingy. But bed was clean and comfy and the variety of pillows was nice. I don't need much and am not really picky, but it definitely could use a deep clean. Microwave had melted parts so it kind of worked and TV didn't turn on with the remote. But, people are nice. Oh, it's also by the freeway and there are long term occupants that are kind of sketchy.
We weren’t expecting great, due to the price. But we walked in our room, and were so disgusted by the smell of cigarettes and body odor. So we kindly asked for a new room, which was given to us with no problem. The new room smelled much better. But when leaving the room that night, there was a group of people who were high sitting on the curb IN THE WALKWAY. One girl was nodding off, and made me extremely uncomfortable. Don’t stay here. It’s not safe, or clean and most definitely not worth saving a buck.
