I went in the day before my wedding to have my ring cleaned. The owner told me she wouldn’t do it because I didn’t buy my ring there. Obviously I’m from out of town and in the area for my wedding... I would’ve even paid to have it done. Even chain jewelry stores have no problem performing this simple service even though it wasn’t purchased from any of them... wow.nnI see you wrote a reply to my review.. so which is it; you don’t have the means to clean jewelry, or you don’t have the means to clean MY jewelry? Because I was very rudely told that if I didn’t buy my ring there that you would NOT clean it. Not that you couldn’t. If someone had politely told me that you didn’t have the equipment to perform the service that would be one thing... instead I got a very snippy answer that you COULD clean it had I purchased the ring from you... you guys were exceedingly and unnecessarily rude. I’m glad I didn’t purchase my ring from you and feel sorry for anyone that does.
