Heater was shut off in room and was cold as hell! They changed beds, beds are very uncomfortable and had a dip n middle of bed! Pillow tops that they use to have were way better! Breakfast is not even close to what it use to be like! Very dissatisfied with hotel!

Overall it was ok! It was very cold in the hallways, and the halls weren’t very clean. I get it with the ice melt it probably gets dirty a little more quicker than usual.nnThe pool area was not very clean with hair bands and clumps of hair on the floor. There were no towels when we got in and they brought some as soon as we called to ask for some, however we used them all (5) and they never got refilled even in the morning. The hot tub was the same temp as the pool and wasn’t all the way full. The lights were off and we had to ask for them to be turned on.nnThe room was good! A little dusty but otherwise it was a nice size & everything worked well. The heating unit was off when we got in so it was so cold but it heated up quickly.nnBreakfast was great! I knew it would be “limited” due to covid but there were many options that i didn’t expect.nnOur room door didn’t latch at all. We tried it many many times but only latched if it was locked. We didn’t mind but that is a security hazardnfor sure.nnSeems this hotel would prosper with more housekeeping help. A lot of deep cleaning needs to be done in all areas. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel.

This place started as a H.I. Express. All of the H.I. Branding has been stripped away and redecorated into a Western Nebraska motif.nGreat little hotel, reasonably priced. The staff is fantastic. This is the only place I will stay when in the Valentine area.

Desk lady was never there. My family rented 2 rooms for 1 night and 1 room for 2 nights we left pizza in the room we didn't stay in a second time went back in to see if it was there AFTER the lady cleaned it... it was still there. Also the pool was dirty, gross, and gave my family and me messed up sinuses and coughs as well.

There were shingles in the front grass and parking lot. Pool and hot tub were fine but needed a really good scrubbing. There was hair in our sink. A couple unlocked our door and walked in because the front desk double booked the room somehow. I questioned our safety at that point as I was traveling alone with my 6yo. Thank goodness we were all dressed! It is also very noisy. I could hear the people above us walking, bathing and using the restroom. As well as everyone that walked past our door. The bed was comfortable though.
