Great hotel. Tidy and accommodating- we requested a pet friendly room near an outer exit and we got just that. Gal at the front desk was kind and helpful. Thanks for a nice stay!
Our room was nice, roomy, and had a fresh comfy feel. They had the best set up for a hot breakfast that we have seen during Covid-19. You could order from a wide variety of choices and the woman served it up for you. And she was kind, thoughtful, and accommodating.
Arrived late, Liz at the front desk was amazing. So kind to help us unload our luggage and 2 dogs and escorted us to our room. Previous guests had not brought the carts back. She literally hauled my suitcase from my car. Above and beyond... room was nice and clean. Highly recommend!
With traveling frequently, this hotel is one I stay at probably 6-7 times a year. The last two times I've been surprised to find that the front desk personnel are crabby...on the verge of rude! Once you get past that, everything is good. I'll give them once more shot in about a month, but if the crabbiness continues, I'll switch to the new Best Western next door.
Clean rooms, well lit parking lot, and felt safe. Also, easilly accessible to I-80 on/off.
