I did not actually get medical care for my husband.nI was made to feel that somehow my travel medical insurance was not covered here- which was fine in itself,nhowever I was made to feel that I was lying about the prior approval that I did get from my insurance company. This is not urgent care even though that is what their sign says.nThis was not handled properly or professionally.

Decided to go to York because it was closer and regret it fully. Friendliest employee we interacted with was the receptionist. The nurse, tech, or whatever she was (couldn't see any identification) wasn't pleasant; the provider walked in and never identified himself . He also didn't take a medical history or history of symptoms which I have never experienced at our usual Urgent Care. My son was also inappropriately dosed . Next time we will drive the extra miles to our usual Urgent Care in Columbus.
