With our insurance we do not pay CO pays the front desk still tries to make you pay a co-pay come to find out they make the front desk employees ask everyone for co pay, help off set the people that dont pay anything. Where does all that co-pay money go that I paid before my insurance company told me to quit paying it

I was seen at the hospital by a clinic doctor. After he knew whAt was wrong he still refused to assist me until I went to the clinic. A because I had no insurance they wanted cAsh payment. Poor service I'd rather go to Lincoln to a hospital that cares
