This place is a joke. The 5 star reviews are from the managers son, and two employees. Fraud!!!! That’s the best way to describe them. All they want is your money. Too bad, because the doctors are actually nice. The manager is a lady with no obvious education in the field. They will want your money ahead of time even with insurance and then they bill the absolute most they can for anything. Terri makes fun of overweight patients, and low income individuals. Patients can hear her whisper about it to front desk girls. This is the most scummy place you can go. Go to Lincoln instead!

Took my 87 year old dad here and all I can say is stay away! They tried to bill all they could to Medicare and his secondary and when I brought him in for a colonoscopy consult they kept billing as if he had come to discuss his medical history on other things. Their billing people think they are above the law and the manager sounds like she smokes a pack a day when I heard her talking in the phone to someone using fowl language. Unprofessional place. Go out of town! Hope York General ends their relationship with that place one day. It is bad for their business too. Medicare needs to audit this place.

Dr. Ye is a fantastic doctor!! Highly recommend him. Five stars for him. His nurse was extremelynhelpful and friendly. However, front desk staff needs some customer service training. Rude and unfriendly, thus the one star rating.

I have gone here for both routine and complex procedures and I feel like I am getting top-of-the-line healthcare each time. From the reception desk back to the operating table it has always been a pleasant experience!

How can someone be scheduled for surgery on a Wednesday, to find out Tuesday afternoon that it is cancelled. This place is a joke, make sure you have your checkbook out before your surgery (even if you have insurance) or else they will cancel!! I thought they were to provide medical services to the patient, it's all about the almighty dollar!!!!A VERY ANGRY MOTHER!!!!
