Got boxed in at the drive through so I could not back out and no one would take my order for over 5 minutes or say anything at the outside order menu so when I tried to leave was still boxed in from people waiting a very long time to receive their orders. I stopped at the order receive window to ask them what was going on and they refused to even acknowledge me

I tried calling the manager but no answer. I went thru the drive thru and had Lydia help me and she was so kind. I have been here quite a few times because I work across the street and Lydia has been the friendliest and nicest I’ve met in the 6.5 years coming here. I was being a little complicated with my payment and she was being so patient and didn’t make it a big deal. She is what we need in a time like this greeting people. Being someone who has worked in the restaurant business and the customer service world for over 20 years I know how hard it can be dealing with the public. I appreciate the people like Lydia who makes a difference with just her kindness and smile (even with a mask). I hope she receives this review and knows how sweet and kind she was to me! Thank you.

Their drive up was really fast, I order my food special. (No sauce) and they got it right. They were friendly and seemed really glad to do their jobs. Lately food place people seem rather grumpy, or they don't care if your order is correct at all. This was nice.

This Arby's was great! Fast service and a clean atmosphere. I love getting the classic roast beef and the spouse likes the French Dip and mozzarella sticks. I do like that they have some kids meal options. The only thing I would add are mozzarella sticks to the kids meal. Other than that, always a great option for when you want a filling meal when you just don't have the energy to cook that day.
