Love the service I am going back after I switched to somewhere closer to home. It was the worst decision I made to ever pull my daughter out of there she was in good hands. They really look out for the best interest of my daughter.

My daughters regular doctor was not available today and she needed to be seen for some tummy problems. The lady she saw was Doctor Melanie. I would not recommend her! She gave us horrible attitude and said we were making up a story about what was happening with our daughter. This rating is just for her! The rest of the people there are super nice and helpful(:

They are always very helpful and knowledgeable! They answered all my questions. Very happy to have to take my daughter here!

Wish I could give this place 0 Stars. When it comes to billing and insurance, I've had to do their job for them. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never bring my kids here again and I am never going to recommend this place to anyone.

So Prairie pediatric on pierce st. wont see my child until October even though she is having issues now. They said they dont allow kids to see any other dr. than their primary. Now see i get that if its a check up or yearly exam but its not. What a flippen joke. If i was sick or having issues i can go to my dr office and get seen. I would not have to wait two months to be seen about whatever was going on with me.
