Pretty crazy, last night around 8:00 PM one of the workers wasn’t wearing a mask while putting soups away in the back. Overall the service was fantastic and the food was great, but safety during a pandemic outdoes all of that. If you’re working with my food I’d prefer a mask be worn until we get through this. Especially after the new guidelines set days ago.

This store and its employees are wonderful! They are accepting of people with medical conditions and are very friendly! I highly recommend this location!

Service: 4-1/2 the guy behind the counter worked fast-efficient, pleasant. Thai Steak salad: 2-1/2 ,star. Flavorful pesto salad dressing, good presentation. However what took the stars away is the quality of the steak, very fatty, lots of grains, not good quality meat. Will not order this again. Strawberry 🍓 Harvest salad: 4 stars We've visited Zupa's many times, overall, it's a good place to eat. Rolls: 4 stars Strawberry dipping with chocolate: 4 stars Soups: 5 stars Atmosphere: 4 Cleanness: 3

Just yesterday, I placed an order to do go on a Friday night. It showed up a littler over an hour later than we were told, no biggie, but the order was wrong as well. I wouldn’t normally ever call on something like this, but I did. I spoke with a manager by the name of Kirsten. She apologized and explained to me how busy they were with all of these to go orders with everyone choosing to stay in, well I ordered to go because I was very sick this week and explained to her that all I wanted was that chicken enchilada soup. This sweet heart redid our order and included a cheesecake which read “get well soon”. I wish more companies had good people behind them like Zupas has with their staff over there. Thank you Kirsten.
