Did not get all of my order. Tried to call and no answer
They got new staff at this Taco Bell and things are SOOOOO much better! The quality of the food is back to the greatness that is Taco Bell. The food looks as it is supposed to. The items are wrapped correctly. And all of the stuffing inside of your burrito and tacos is actually INSIDE the tortilla now, unlike 6 months ago when I may as well have dumped all of my food in the bag an grabbed a fork because it was that jacked up. You have great staff now! Work hard to keep them around. We love having a Taco Bell in the District!
Very slow service. 5 cars in the drive thru lane took over 30 min.
Please refund my money!!!! They took my online order on 11/12/2020 and the place was completely closed. Customer center doesn't answer the phone and they have not refunded the money yet.
Thanks for your reply @Tacobell Owner. I filled out the contact form online at tacobell.com on the same day and they were able to cancel the order before my credit card was fully charged on the next day.
Super fast and super fresh! I love a good crunchy taco and these shells were bursting with crispiness! Drive through was super fast and the person taking my order made me happy just because he was cheerful! Will always come to this Taco Bell!
