If I would be able to give Felicia a negative, I would. 1 star is apparently the only way I am able to write a review.nnShe contacted me at the end of the enrollment period through a letter. She is not even my insurance agent. This is the only time I have ever heard from her since ago when I contacted her that I would like a different agent.nnWhen I first called her about the letter that I had received today (which is when recruiting more clients is necessary), she was very unpleasant and spoke unprofessionally.nnI spoke with the Insurance Company and my Agent (who has been my agent for 3 years);nhowever, Felicia has somehow had access to my account.
