The employees were very helpful in selecting flooring for our new home. All 3 types of flooring look very good. We are excited to finally move in very soon. The only problem I experienced was mathematical with correct amounts, correct sales tax percentages and having to verify that all credits were received. I am an accountant so I was probably more diligent in analyzing that aspect of the sale. I would definitely return if the need arises and would be glad to recommend your business.
We worked with Jason for all of the flooring in our new house and he was great! He was very knowledgeable about each of the products, easy to get in touch with, and has checked in with us multiple times even after installation to make sure we are satisfied with our choices.nnJacobi’s had numerous options in all different price ranges which made it easy to select options for each of our rooms that fit our budget. We also felt like we got great quality at an excellent price!
The service we received at Jacobi’s was excellent from the first visit to their store to the carpet we love more and more everyday. The gentleman who installed the carpet did a wonderful job and even worked late to finish it! Looking forward to doing business with them again!

We had a great customer service experience with Jacobi's Carpet One. Rich was great at keeping us informed of where we were in the process and getting a carpet that fit our needs. Jason was amazing. When he came out to measure our basement, he listened to our needs, explained all questions thoroughly, and did a great job following up and making sure all concerns were immediately addressed and corrected.
