Went to the drive thru to order dinner for our family. We tried to order a steak quesarito and were told they are only available to order through their app. We started to ask why and a woman's voice (assuming the manager) came through the speaker interrupting and basically yelling at us for asking a simple question. We left without ordering. We won't be coming back to this location and might not be back to any taco bell because if the stupidity of their app only items. If you can make/sell them, they should be available to order for everyone.

I only gave them 3 stars cause number one, the service wasn't the best, and number 2, the lady serving me (appears to be new) called me a she, but I am non-binary, and I sort of found that offensive. I don't want to seem as a Karen, but I would just appreciate if the workers asked what you identify as. That is all, other than that, I love Taco Bell!
