I don’t think they’ve ever gotten an order 100% right.
This is the best Cafe Rio I’ve been to. They get the order right, everything is fresh and nicely prepared, and they they are on time. They even helped me out when I goofed up in my online order once. This location is the reason our family still loves Cafe Rio.
It smells good
They have great food, but their customer service is so poor. I literally spend a minimum of 15 minutes before I give up and go get it myself inside. Tonight, I had a curbside pick up that was scheduled to be ready at 8:30 and when I finally went in about 8:50, they hadn't even started my order. I put my order in almost 30 min in advanced. People were going inside and getting their food through the line and coming out while I was just sitting there. I don't do the circle pick up because I'm lazy, I do it for less contact. The supervisor or manager or whatever she was didn't apologize at all. She said that everyone was too busy with take out orders, but all her stuff was doing was just standing there bored. She was so rude and didn't care how long other people were waiting either, then she started to sass back when I complained. The last time I had someone speak to me like this was a teenager. Never again.
I love the food but I couldn't use my gift card without ordering inside the restaurant. The setup inside doesn't allow for proper physical distancing. I love the food but I won't be using gift cards again anytime soon.
