I do not like this new location. I went to the drive thru and the touch screen wouldn't work, I clicked the need help button and the workers couldn't get it to work either. Why would they install a touch screen that doesn't even work, in a pandemic? So I just went inside instead. When I went in an entire family didn't have their mask on. They need to be better about enforcing it. About half of the workers weren't wearing them correctly either. The food was good though.

Staff must be illiterate, they can't get an online order right. For the second time now my sandwich is drenched in Mayo, which I specifically asked for it to be not added. Hire people that can do a job accurate. Nobody likes soggy sandwiches. It's a waste of money and time.

I am frustrated. I have been frequenting this restaurant for some time now. They have a beautiful new building and I really respect that good help is hard to find. My complaint is this is expensive to try to help restaurants stay open during this covid. Problem is every single order that I have put in from several salads to many foot long sandwiches are never fixed the way I request. Meet and cheese totally missing. Sauce I get is never correct. Toppings are never correct. Today I ordered 2 foot longs and the vinegar is not what I asked for. And the bread is drenched with vinegar. I do not think I will return. I am sorry that employees have caused this business to lose another customer! When hiring ask the humans if they have basic listening skills.

I normally don't like writing reviews but I felt like I needed to. This location has no customer service. The way that it's set up for the drive through makes it impossible to add anything different to your sandwich and when you try to get help they're rude. Not impressed won't be going back. Subway you need to fix this location just lost a customer.
