I have banked with United Prairie for most of my life. Every time i go visit i'm greeted by a friendly face and am helped with the best service. I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else!
I had an unauthorized charge made to my account and talked to the bank about Friday when the manager wasn't in the lady I spoke with said to call the company and get the money refunded to get the overdraft fee waved... I did just that. I called back Monday and explained the situation and they said it was my fault even though it was an unauthorized charges and refused to help I have never been so disappointed in a bank in my life especially after I called the company that made the unathurized charge to begin with. This bank is all about taking money even when it wasn't your fault! I'll be closing my account with them and going somewhere that cares
