We started working with Sergey and team in 2016 as part of an addition to our home. At this point ST Flooring has been back for 5 projects and has installed the flooring in our entire house! Every time is a pleasant experience with Sergey and the team. They have successfully and beautifully installed hard wood, tile flooring, shower tile and a beautiful hand sculpted tile shower floor. Service is quick and they always work with you on issues or changes.

Awful customer service. I walked in, the lady yelled at me for not calling her before coming in, it doesn’t specify any where that it’s by appointment only. Then she told me to wait while she went back to talk to her friend, not even a customer. Mind blowing, I was never treated with so much disrespect before.
