Sandra was awesome! She was a one man machine trying to keep everyone happy. Our meals were perfect, she was efficient and friendly. She even kept her calm when she had to deal with a very rude lady who threw a tantrum when Sandra offered to help her get ice from the machine. Give Sandra a raise, or at least someone to help her so you don't burn out your best staff.
Bad service, there was a Lady with a very rude attitude to us because they want to leave and close the restaurant. She was mad and throwing everything. Definitely we won’t come back to this place.
Jesse and Grace the girl working alongside him today, (9.26.2020 1:20p.m. ) have most miserable demeanor!! I pride myself in giving anazing customer service when I'm at work and extend courtesy and kindness on a daily basis to others I encounter. I'm floored at how cold, rude, and blatantly blah they both are/were. Seriously unbelievable!! So sad for this franchise owner!
Their Employee Erica is always drunk. Looks crosseyed and can't walk. If she is that disabled maybe she shouldn't be there and drinking before work. The boss Sandra has the worst customer service I've ever seen. And that Jesse guy is so disrespectful!
Kid had a bad attitude. Plus found a black hair in my sandwich. Gross. Will never eat there again.
