Cafe rio is really great. Good pricing and good food. Employees are always working hard to make lines go fast. This location has a drive through which is nice!
Good food. However, when inside, in the queue, they make you order when folks in front of you are stacked up ahead. Slow down line servers! The line can only go as fast as the cashier. Now my food sits there, by the cashier waiting for me to catch up to it. This always happens when it's busy.
The orders are NEVER right!!! Ours are wrong 99% of the time. I had to go back yesterday 3 times and it still wasn't right. We used to LOVE Cafe Rio, but something happened since they moved. Why is it so hard to make what's on the receipt? We have food allergies and it needs to be right! Someone can sue you, if something happens. Please start getting it right quick, or you guys aren't going to make it! The reason I am giving a 2 star, instead of 1. Went in today and Caesar - The Manager made it right for us. Thank you, Caesar. You listened, you are kind and you are a really good manager! 👍
Love this location! Drive thru is always super fast and orders are always accurate.
To-go is fast enough, but it's always something. They forget stuff or slap it together and make a mess out of.
Edit: makes sense why I didn't remember liking this place much. Forgot about this review a few years ago and had another bad experience where they forgot more stuff.
