Unbelievable! This is the second time this has happened. I refill the birth control I have been on for almost 2 years.l, and am given something else without so much as a phone call! Both times I’m helped by Pam, the first time I’m told it’s the same thing and I need to get over it, the pharmacist helps me out and fixes it. This time I wasn’t able to get there until right before close, and she’s working again; bags my birth control up out of my eyesight, which is out of character from every other time I’ve ever picked up a script through the drive through, and sure enough, when I get home it’s the pack the pharmacist told me I wouldn’t receive again! My doctor and I worked hard to figure out what works for me, it’s disheartening when I cannot even get a phone call to be told that I won’t get the same prescription.nI stand firm in Kim being the only one that seems to care about patients, this is exhausting.

Getting even the most simple prescription filled takes hours. It’s maddening.

Frustrating, to say the least- I always have to call upwards of 3 times each time I send in a refill to ensure that my prescription is filled and actually ready before attempting to pick them up. Kim seems to be the only member there who actually cares for her customers/patients and goes the extra step to ensure everyone is actually helped.
