I needed a rental for some short term storage and couldn't be happier with my decision to use Northstar Mini Storage. It's easiest to just bullet point the high points:n- Mike and the staff were easy to work with and responsiven- Access was easy and securen- There is plenty of solid equipment in good condition to move your material. Elevators, carts and dollies!n- The location is ideal and easy to get ton- The entire facility is really cleann- Security was multi layered and felt like your belongings were in a safe and protected place.n- Well litn- All of that, and it was very competitively priced so I felt like I was getting value for my investment.

I've used storage on a few occasions but nothing has compared to the quality of service I received at North Star. The manager Mike helped me determine the appropriate size for my needs (he actually talked me out of a space that was much larger than I needed) and explained the benefits of climate-controlled storage over cold-storage, which I had no idea about. The facility is clean and well-kept unlike my previous experiences at other storage facilities.The security is above and beyond what I've come to expect from a storage place. Individual alarms offer me piece of mind. All of this with prices that are as good or better than the other nearest options I researched. I recommend North Star to anyone that asks about storage.

Rented here years ago and had a good experience so I came back today as I was putting my father in assisted living and needed to store some of his belongings. Signing up took less than 10 minutes. Everything went fast and smooth. Mike, the guy in the office, made this and my previous rental pain free. Great service and convenient location.
