Park in this ramp for the first time in the over twenty years that I've been going to the Mayo Clinic because the Damon Ramp was full.nnCan't say much about it because I'm unfamiliar with it at this time. I walked outside because I wasn't sure how or where the subway worked or went. It was definitely further to walk to the appointment, but then the extra walking is good for you. But it would have been harder if I had someone in a wheel chair.

Graham parking ramp provides closer parking to the Charlton building or the Methodist campus , than it does to the Mayo or Gonda buildings. But all of the downtown Mayo clinic buildings are connected on the subway level.

I prefer this ramp because there is usually less people in it so it takes so much less time to find a spot and much easier to get in and out of on the street. It is a bit further of a walk thru the subway to your destination. Parking fees are $2 for the first hour and $3 an hour there after for up to $12 a day.
