Everyone at the clinic is so nice. They present you with options and prices. They will help you get on a Paw Plan that fits your dogs needs. Everything is very upfront. We see Dr Smetty. She is so warm and kind to both pet and the pet’s human. ♥ufe0f

NCVC has a very dedicated and compassionate staff-including the office staff, the vet techs, and the veterinarians. Each veterinarian we have seen has been very helpful and explains things carefully and thoughtfully. They have been overseeing the care of our pets for many years and we plan to continue using their services.

Very easy to do just park call in tell them parking number your parked in than they come get your pet awesome service

Our Mya was attacked by a predator, and I drove her to North Country, who we've used for over 20 years. Was there at 8:00 AM and called and talked to Katie, receptionist. I explain the urgency. She wouldn't let me in & wouldn't discuss how critical this was with our Vet. Told us they were short staffed and try somewhere else. I Couldn't get her in no where else in Rapids. Bigfork Veterinarian Clinic was closed on Friday, but I did call emergency number & got through. Ann met me there and her & Byron tried to save her for 2 hours. Perhaps the outcome might have been the same, but loosing 2 hours driving, who knows. Obviously we were satisfied or we wouldn't have used North Country Veterinarian for over 20 years, but check policy on emergencies. It might save your pets life. Unfortunately they didnt try and save ours.
