Best appliance store in Western Massachusetts! Great deals! Warranty! Everything is like new!
Since this store is used appliances, the stock rotates frequently and it can be hit or miss. The owner is very friendly and even though he had no portable dishwashers in stock he suggested another store to check. A nice option for appliances at a discount. Sometimes he even has new appliances too.
Place is no good. We’ve went through 2 fridges not working already. At first we’d call and he’d try to fix whenever it was convenient to him knowing our family has no food because it all went bad due to the fridge not working. Now that we call it’s like he knows not to answer because once again the Fridge does not work. not once but twice has a fridge from his store has been unable to last more than a month. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID this place at all cost.
