Adam was literally the Larry Bird of appliance sales! This was hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing any type of appliance....reason: Adam not only knew the product inside and out he was excited to talk to me about it. Spent almost $900.00 for a microwave/convection oven that stopped working after 2 years. SalemiI would not repair or give discount on new one. Terrible, terrible customer service.
Adam was a great help and very knowledgeable, I told him what I was looking for and he was able to make my dreams a reality. I highly recommend Adam and his professionalism. We were able to get delivery on the day and time we needed and the the delivery team was very pleasant and careful with our wood floors and new appliance. I would strongly recommend shopping local at Salemi Appliance! Great team, great store, great people! It’s also nice being able to call the owner directly should you need too, can’t do that with Home Depot, Lowe’s or any other big box stores!
