Was greeted at the entrance and was able to walk around to look without being questioned about anything and once we found something we were interested they were able to provide information no matter the question or how many questions. Give it a 5 Star but if I could would given a 10 star but I could say their professionalism and customer service was a 10 plus. Will definitely be back again and will recommend friends and family.
The Outlet Store in Springfield, MA was clean and well organized. Edgar was very personable as well as knowledgeable. We loved doing business with him! This wasn’t our first experience with this location. Our last visit was equally as pleasant. We bought a dining room set! We always find what we need at Raymour!
I thought you guys had beautiful well made furniture for the right price. I was able to walk around and look all I wanted, without being bothered by sales people. One woman, Christine , came up and introduced herself and asked if we had any questions. She wasn't friendly at all and sometimes almost rude.
Quick.. easy.. and i got everything i wanted at a good price.
I was looking for a new sofa at a reasonable price. Good selection. I found one in my price range. Pleasant sales associate and quite helpful. No high pressure tactics, which I hate!
