Totally outdated technology for tracking customer information. They seriously need a technical upgrade for tracking data electronically. for example customer information is still being tracked in a 3-ring paper binder. They really need to step up 2 electronic encrypted information.

The Pharmacist was very helpful and friendly and so was the person helping him. And I didn't have to wait in line (although it was 10am on a Thursday).
