Since CVS took over the place has gone steadily downhill. They started by reducing the number of staff to a level where everyone was overworked and perpetually grumpy, went on to erect an intimidating edifice of gunmetal-grey barriers in place of the countertop, presumably to (correctly) communicate the impression that customer service is no longer on the agenda, and instituted a system of rigid demarkation between things that can be mentioned at the pickup vs. dropoff windows that can (and often does) lead to you having to wait in line three or more times over a period of an hour or more, merely to establish that they have lost a prescription that was called in two days earlier. If you enjoyed the challenge of grocery shopping in Moscow in the 1970s, then you'll just love this place. Otherwise not.

Flu shots are fast, easy to set up, and you get wonderful customer service. All around great staff at this pharmacy!

The worst customer service. I’ve called ahead my prescription several times and gone to pick it up and it’s not ready. I rarely get the notifications I am supposed to and they won’t schedule fill dates in advance meaning I have to call and call back. There are many better pharmacies out there.

Charging 4X the standard amount for a drug. Curious for the reasoning behind it? Will never use this pharmacy again. Price gouging and ripping people off. Use Hy-Vee, Walmart or Costco before you go to these criminals.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I was the only person in line to start. I wasn't even acknowledged for walking in until I said something. After waiting some time I was rudely greeted by someone and told to go somewhere to wait for another lady to come over, I had no idea where that was an asked where to go and she rudely pointed, after I had already given this lady all of my information a new woman came over to another computer and I repeated the exact same thing. Then she was struggling with the insurance so she said she was going to call them so I told her I was going to run and move my car quick since I pulled up and that I'd be right back while she did that. I came back and walked up to the counter and they told me I had to wait in line all over again. Then I redid the whole situation with another woman. I was blown away at how rude everyone was. Another woman in line was complaining about how awful they were too. SLOW AND RUDE! I will never be returning to this CVS ever again. There is another one down the street on 69th with much better customer service and a drive through!
