They billed the wrong insurance (which they had no authorization to do), and when I informed them of this they said they would fix it. The next week they decided they didn't want to because it would be too much paperwork and told me it's my job to fix their mistake. Not acceptable, it's the pharmacy's duty to bill insurance. Finally, they decided to re-bill the medication I had already picked up at a higher price for no apparent reason other than the fact that I was unhappy they billed the wrong insurance.

The staff is very friendly and I almost never have to wait in a line but don't let my high rating change that. ;-)
