Couch Cab responded immediately to my request for an estimate on my move. They communicated with me through each step in a timely manner. The guys gave me a 30 minute heads up and arrived right on time. They were very professional and extremely courteous. There’s handled our things with care. They worked very efficiently. The price they quoted me was the price I paid, no hidden costs were added. I would recommend them and I would use them for a move in the future.

I recommended CouchCab to a this evening friend who looked at the reviews and brought a recent one to my attention. Here's my experience.nnI had a move in August. I called around and stumbled upon CouchCab. Good reviews, so I went with it. Everything went pretty good. The movers were great. They had good safety precautions with masks and whatnot. A TV and table were damaged in the process of the move, but I was going to donate them anyway. Disappointing, but whatever.nnI did some research this evening and I found that the owner is a very loud, very anti-mask, Q-Anon-esque thing. I'm not sure if it will trickle down to his employees who are truly great, honest, and sincere people. But he (the owner) has post history that I would describe as concerning. I feel that some of the content of the posts are made by the exact people you wouldn't trust moving your stuff.nnIn hindsight, had I known the owner parrots such rhetoric I would have gone with another company simply because birds of a feather flock together. It wasn't as such, but I would have rather given the items to a good cause. For the premium price you pay, I think it's reasonable to expect.

Couch cab made my move quick & easy. They are very responsive, and the movers who helped me move were very professional and friendly. Since you pay by the hour, the movers were very efficient and moved all of my stuff in less than the estimated time frame, which I appreciated. Would recommend!
