Simple website using Chrome - don't understand the low ratings. The investment options are adequate for beginner investors. Resources are good & appreciate the educational webinars. Had a question about an account & a financial advisor called me back.
A good investment but I agree the UI/technology experience is frustrating. Password recovery is especially challenging. The TIAA MN Saves program does not interface/connect to TIAA banking so it’s very clunky to access basic current account information. It would be nice if the banks products all “talked” to each other.
Terrible service and their new system does not support Safari. I have tried to toubleshoot this for hours on the phone and they can not get me access to my own account online. Will be moving to another 529 account as I want to access though safari and not have to start another browser
Once I got used to using the site it works great. Love helping fund my grandchildren's college!!
Unfortunately their website is not easy to use and is frustrating to sign into as they have changed their authentication method. They do not make it easy to recover passwords or usernames without contacting them and their hours of operation are limited.
