The paystation took my credit card and would not return it. Tried everything. No one answered when I pushed help button intercom and no one answered the phone when I called the phone # on the sign. I submitted a request for help on the Impark website. We will see if they respond.

I'm giving it 1 star, because there's just no reason to give it 5 stars. It's a bit cramped, and you'll be driving a bit to find a spot that's NOT reserved. You'll be stuck behind someone who's trying to exit(without a Lifetime Fitness card). You'll be fresh out of parking spots on weekdays at 5pm.
