Dealing with different banks throughout my career-I would have to say Key Community Bank is the best yet! When you call, no automated phone service. You actually talk to a person. Each and every one that works there is knowledgeable and service is fast. Their online website is super easy to navigate. Couldn't ask for a better bank for our business.
Great service on a Saturday when the lobby was closed. Roxanne cashed the check when I had expected that I would need to come back. Saved me another half hour trip back. Thanks!
Very friendly and helpful people who work here. A small town bank feel with everything to offer that the big banks have but I don’t feel like I’m just another customer. A bank you can trust.
