I've been using this place for awhile now & it's definitely gone downhill. The place is disgusting & dusty. Sometimes the tables don't look clean, I've had to bring my own wipes to clean them. The dryers are terrible. I've wasted so much money on my laundry just for cold and sometimes damp laundry. The dryers feel hot when they start but they're not drying anything. There's also so many dryers out of service, instead of putting signs up, maybe they should try fixing them. I think instead of them putting in those new washers a while ago, they should've put in new dryers. The dryers need to be taken out and replaced with new ones. As for the washers, I think they're fine. The place needs to be deep cleaned, dusted, the clocks need to be fixed, the games need to be fixed, and the dryers need to be replaced. The whole place just needs some TLC.

Several dryers with out of service signs on them and the ones that are supposedly working are not. I just wasted money on a dryer that was blowing cold air. Moved my clothes to another dryer and same thing. I had to put more money into another. It's not just the money, it's the time being wasted waiting for my laundry to dry!!!
