They ran out of my med. ok that happens. No problem. Was told it would be in a certain day so I called and it wasn’t there. Now I’d been without it for four days. They made ME call around to other places in town to find it. Really? Isn’t that what you get paid for? This is a drug you are NOT supposed to quit cold turkey so now I feel awful. Thanks for that! Staff is rude and unhelpful.

Ashley, new pharmacy tech is always extremely rude, not helpful and has a very unprofessional attitude. If you “don’t think so” find out. Prescriptions cost $ and if there are any savings, they should he allotted. I think I’ll be switching pharmacies after dealing with her only 2 times. I’ve never had this issue using Cub for years now. Very disappointed.
