I have to be honest, the apartments have limited amenities ( just the fridge and the stove and they don’t have dishwasher and microwave and air conditioner) it gets like very warm during the summer and one should buy an AC out of their own pocket and pay the management a monthly fee for having it. Their charges and prices are high for what you get, you have to participate in the volunteer program to clean the corridors and snow plow or you would be charged 10% of your your rent for maintenance and finally their management doesn’t care much about the customer satisfaction. I will give it a two star just because the exterior was very green and it won’t go higher than that.

Nice place to live with the exception of my cars getting broken into all the time. As of now they have not taken any appreciable steps to do anything to curb the crime in the community.

I lived here for only a short time, as I graduated a semester after I got married. I payed $1005/month for a spacious two bedroom townhouse style apartment, all utilities included, though the rent is increased by the University every year. This year it went up by about $30/month. The apartment is located in a coreway with five other apartments and mailboxes. The coreways have doors that are not locked to the outdoors. (We did have several packages go missing that I suspect were stolen from the coreway by trespassers - not other residents.) If people are talking in the coreway, you can hear them clearly. But once they are in their apartment, the insulation is enough to provide sound privacy. Laundry was shared, pay with a paycard, about a 100 foot walk outside to the coreway with laundry and storage. Machines and room well maintained. Lovely playgrounds, picnic tables, grills, and many sports fields that are well maintained are available for use. The apartments are well maintained, maintenance is easy to work with and quick. All staff are very friendly and helpful. In the apartment, the carpet is soft, water pressure and temperature are good, storage space is plentiful, kitchen is decent (but has no dishwasher, garbage disposal, or hood-vent). My husband and I were unable to get our box spring for our queen mattress up the stairs, so it sat as a backdrop to our TV. (Some friends were able to do it, leaving a little dent on the ceiling of their stairs.)nCSCC planned many group events, picnics, and lots of other community bonding things for kids and adults. They had money for each building to spend on whatever was needed or wanted (supplies, parties, etc.).nOverall, it was a lovely community and apartment for a good price with lovely staff.
