I've never had a bad experience with Smith's. I'm sad to see such a low rating. They've always been great at helping me with my family's prescriptions. I had an issue with our insurance, and they made sure that I knew how to get a refund once it was all figured out, and even called me back. I think the world of them!

Don’t expect a phone call back. They just expect you to drive there and wait in line before telling you. Insurance would pay for prescription, and they said legally it could be filled, but Kroger corporate policy wouldn’t allow it to be filled until the following day. Wouldn’t have been an issue expect I was on my way to lake Powell! Thanks Kroger policy!!

Smith's in Herriman has been my pharmacy since moving back to Utah. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They are a busy place so if you think you aren't going to have to wait if you do things last minute you are being unrealistic. They are very courteous, have answered all my questions and have been on time with every prescription I have filled there. The only reason that I don't give them 5 stars is that they meet my expectations, which is a great thing. I reserve 5 stars for exceeding expectations and rarely give them

I have lived in this area for over a decade and I shop this Smith‘s so it’s natural for me to want to have my prescriptions filled here as well and I have tried over the years again and again because it makes the most sense and it’s most convenient since I’m already shopping there and I don’t want to change both where I’m shopping in my prescriptions however consistently I have yet to meet one person who has any sense of the word customer service in their demeanor or interactions with customers. It’s just horrible. Rude, Kurt, robot like is the best I would explain it just ridiculous. I rarely write reviews but at this point over this many years with this many different people, I knew I needed to say something… Just a side thought some people are just picking up their regular prescriptions and are doing just fine but I am sure there’s a good majority of people who simply do not feel their best and I’m thinking Man I hope they don’t encounter you today

Most of the staff at this Smiths Pharmacy location are very consistent at being extremely rude. My family and friends in the area all agree about the rudeness and at first we kind of had a giggle over how ridiculous it is that they treat people this way. Then came the day that they filled my prescription and gave it to someone else. Yet they could not figure out who they had given it to. As a nurse this is a huge red flag to me as it’s one of the biggest HIPPA violations that I’ve ever witnessed. They didn’t even apologize or try to make it right. They just stood there and stared at me as though I was wasting their time. If that’s not bad enough, it was the last refill on the medication I needed. They told me to contact my doctor for additional refills. As if it was my fault that they gave it to someone else. I for one, am very glad that there are other, much more reasonably priced pharmacies in Herriman now that know the value of customer service.
