I had symptoms late Monday night, I scheduled a virtual visit for 8 am Tuesday morning. The provider quickly but thoroughly reviewed my case and asked very important questions pertaining to my health. I was prescribed a medication and was able to pick it up for free from my local pharmacy within an 1/2 hour of my visit. I am in awe of this wonderful delivery of care!

I have been using Nice Healthcare for quite some time - everything from scheduling, prescriptions, video chats and home visits have been spectacular. Every provider we’ve seen as a family has been extremely professional, helpful, caring and has gone the extra mile. We found ourselves in the middle of a medical emergency last summer, and the provider called ahead to the hospital for us and actually redirected us to the proper hospital to go to. We are beyond thankful for their care, and I do recommend them to everyone!

I feel so lucky to have this service available to me. I've had an x ray done in my home, blood drawn for labs and a wellness exam in addition to detailed conversation about my health, any concerns I have, nutrition, exercise and mental health. Both providers I've seen have been wonderful at tying in mental with physical health which is so important. Scheduling was super easy, I love that I can see my notes and treatment plan right away too. Keep up the awesome work, Nice!!

I had my first NICE virtual visit. WOW! So convenient and easy. I had a skin condition that flared up. I tried to contact my previous clinic and I could make an appointment for a week out or go to urgent care. I made a virtual appointment the same day, had a GREAT visit with Margee. She issued a prescription and I'm already feeling so much better. I plan on making a future appointment for a routine physical that I have put off for years. Thank you NICE.

Super happy with Nice Healthcare. My company just started using Nice this year and they make it so easy. Was able to schedule a video chat which led to an in-home visit all in the same day. Everyone we've communicated with has been super friendly, from online chatting to video chatting to in-home.
